Orders will ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed, depending on how long it takes to make your order.
For U.S. orders, shipping is free for all orders over $35.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will gladly refund the price of your purchase (except shipping costs). Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. You can also send back necklaces for free length adjustments. Please contact us to initiate a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
